Refund Policy

If you submitted a donation by mistake or would like to change the donation amount or contact information, please call Centro Tepeyac at 301-587-9516 to speak with the Director of Development during business hours (Tue – Fri 10am – 3pm), or leave a message outside of business hours. Refund requests can also be sent to gifts@centrotepeyac.org. Refunds are guaranteed within 7 days of the transaction. All correspondence will be responded to within 2 business days.
